An old story...

The Oppenheimer-Einstein Report

UFO sightings have been reportedthroughout history, and in various parts of the world, raising questions about life on other planets and the possible visitation of extraterrestrials to Earth. They have become a major subject of interest and have inspired many films and books. But, unfortunately, they are also the object of intense mockery....

Given the above, it therefore seems reasonable that UFOs should be the subject of scholarly debate and scientific investigation. Instead, what we see today is an Internet filled with faked images, faked videos, sensational Hollywood movies and misinformation that makes it virtually impossible for a legitimate researcher to separate fact in the very large haystack from fiction. It also appears that our governments are not really willing to provide information on their own research in this area.

Just look at the announcement made by the CIA in August 2013, that "Area 51" does exist, despite decades of denying its existence, while ostracizing anyone who dared to suggest it as a "theoretician of the conspiracy." Fortunately, there are science-based organizations, like SETI and MUFON (Mutual UFO Network), that take an objective approach to studying UFOs.

This brings us to an unclassified "top secret" document written by physicists Robert Oppenheimer and Albert Einstein. Together, these eminent minds wrote a joint report entitled “Relations with the inhabitants of celestial bodies”. Dated June 1947, the Oppenheimer-Einstein report states that the presence of unidentified spacecraft is acceptedde factoby the military.

The Oppenheimer-Einstein report discusses issues related to UFOs and extraterrestrials:   where extraterrestrials may come from, what we should do in case of colonization and/or integration of peoples, and why are they here. The document suggests that in the event that EBEs (Extraterrestrial Biological Entities) wish to settle here on earth, there will be a "profound shift in traditional concepts" of law and the possible need for a new "Law between planetary peoples”...

Demystification

CO2 has only a negligible - and not measurable - effect on the climate!

The Davos Forum clearly poses a dilemmabetween choosing a reduction in CO2 emissions and a reduction in population. In both cases, ethical and societal problems emerge. Reducing CO2 emissions is synonymous with a drop in economic activity with all the inevitable social repercussions. As for the reduction of the world population, it has already started with the Covid 19 which is gradually doing its work

According to Alfred Kohler, a scientist who played a major role in the development and operation of the German air pollution monitoring network for the DFG (German Research Foundation) and UBA (German environment), "it is very clear that, if we adopt a quantitative view, rather than qualitative as before, CO2 should be practically insignificant.

Indeed, the ubiquitous water vapor in the atmosphere (H2O in the form of clouds, fog, etc.), which is present in much higher concentrations (up to 10-20 liters/m3). Water vapor absorbs in all IR frequencies and does so 1000 times more strongly and more than anthropogenic CO2, which in its very low concentration (20-40 milliliters/m3). absorbs much less in just two IR bands. For the IR radiation balance, anthropogenic CO2 is ineffective.

The natural absorption frequencies of the two molecules are different because those of the O=C=O atom (molecular weight 44) and the two molecules are fundamentally different in their IR behavior. CO2 is not designed by nature as a climatic parameter. Thanks to its long residence time, it serves to transport reactive organic carbon in the vegetation zones.

Now, a statistical correlation between CO2 concentration and atmospheric temperature has been found from observational data. But it is important to know that such a correlation does not say anything about which of the two variables is cause or effect, and especially it is not possible to see if the correlation is directly causal. Because a correlation between two variables seems to exist even if both respond in the same direction with one or more other variables. This could be clarified with sufficient data. Since the alleged connection was first seen only qualitatively, fantastic hypotheses are available for a hypothesis: they should appear plausible. There can be no question of a sufficient criterion. The suspected link remains a pure hypothesis until all doubts have been seriously verified and discussed...
