When the soul returns to the Universe
After the death of his physicist friend Michele Besso, Einstein said:
“He left this world a little before me. It means nothing. People like us know that the distinction between past, present and future is only an illusion...”.
In truth, the human spirit transcends the barriers of time and death. Death does not exist in a world without space or time. According to Robert Lanza, the father of biocentrism “the Universe is based on life and not the other way around. Each person creates their own sphere of reality and therefore there is no pre-existing matrix into which the energy disappears. Each person carries his own device of space and time like a shell”.
Assuming the existence of parallel universes, there would be an infinite number of scenarios that each contain a physical reality. Everything that can happen happens somewhere and death is excluded from these parallel universes. The individual continues to live through his children, friends and all those he has met in his life. The consciousness of an individual will always be that of the present. She does not disappear.
The immortality of the soul and the possibility of life after death are among the greatest mysteries of humanity. Scientists are now certain that consciousness can live beyond the death of the body. Consciousness would be a sum of information stored at a quantum and subatomic level.
Mathematician Roger Penrose of Oxford University and American physicist Stuart Hameroff jointly developed, from 1996, a quantum theory of consciousness according to which the human soul is held in brain cells within internal structures. called “ microtubules ” which carry information at the quantum scale.
The two researchers state that “ the human brain is actually a biological computer ” and that the consciousness of human beings is “ un program run by the quantum computer located inside the brain that continues to exist after death ”. When a person dies, the microtubules release this quantum information into the Universe. In the case of “near-death” experiences, the microtubules lose their quantum state, but maintain the information contained in them.
When the person dies definitively, this quantum information continues to exist eternally outside the body, as the soul. In other words, after the death of an individual, their soul does not die and returns to the Universe that created it. What humans perceive at the level of consciousness is actually the result of the “ quantumgravity ” effects located in the microtubules. A process that the two scientists named Orchestrated Objective Reduction (Orch-OU).
Research from the renowned Max Planck Institute in Munich supports this hypothesis. “ The physical universe in which we live is only the Universe of which we have the perception, while we live in our bodies. What we consider to be here and now, this universe, is in fact only the material level that we can apprehend ”, emphasizes Dr Hans-Peter Dürr.
All these discoveries are, in fact, not a surprise. The Holy Scriptures have always announced the immortality of the soul: "Do not fear those who kill the body and cannot kill the soul, rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in Gehenna" ( Matthew 10:28).
But this notion is first of all Platonic. In the Phaedo, a dialogue that depicts the death of Socrates, Plato writes: “The soul resembles the divine, the immortal, the intelligible and uniform and indissoluble and unchangeable…It is goes towards the pure and eternal and immortal and unchangeable to which it is close. Be of good humor and do not lament that I am dead... When you lay me in the grave, tell yourself that you are burying my body only and not my soul”.
